Of particular note are the many terraces either shaded or basking in sun depending on your mood to or to relax and dine and simply enjoy the setting sun!

Outside here are covered terraces attached to the property offering both privacy and stunning vistas to accompany the beautifully landscaped gardens. The property also boasts a 2 heated swimming pools , many pool toys and inflatables and an area for playing Boule in front of the vineyard. Teak sun loungers with cushions that can be placed around the pool or on the terraces. There are also  day-beds, and outdoor sofas with deep cushions inviting you to lounge along with numerous other outdoor seats and recliners. There are numerous beaches all within easy reach. The famous Club 55 at Pampalonne beach is a 25 minute drive, the private beaches at La Nartelle and Saint Maxime are a 10-15 minute drive and Port Grimaud is also a 15 minute drive. Boats can be easily rented within a 10-15 minute drive, along with numerous other water sport activities.
